How do I reserve my inflatable?
It is easy! Call us at (727) 366-3955 or (727) 453-8033 or reserve online. Request the date and time and we will check our schedule to make your reservation.
When do I need to order?
We prefer one week notice but if the inflatable is available you may order one day in advance.

We offer a variety of products and services to suit your party needs. Do you have any specials or discounts?
Yes! We offer discounts to our heroes (military, police, firefighters, etc.). Also, if you refer someone to us you will get a discount on your next rental. Call us for more info.
Can you set up the inflatable on concrete?
They are primarily placed on the grass and anchored with stakes however, if your yard is not available, we will use sand bags to anchor the unit to the ground. Please let us know at the time of rental so we can accommodate your request. No matter where you need your inflatable set up, the area must be level and firm.
How much space is needed?
You will need an area of five feet on each side of the inflatable.

How much water does the waterslide use and how long does it take to fill up? Your hose is connected to the waterslide after it is inflated. It never "fills up" since it is a waterslide and not a pool. Your hose will continue to run for the length of your party just as the blower continues to run to keep it inflated.
What can I expect on the day of the event?
Your inflatable will be delivered and set up at an agreed upon location at the scheduled time. A rental agreement will be provided for your signature. Proper use, safety questions and rules will be discussed at this time. REMEMBER: There is no eating, drinking, chewing gum or silly string in the inflatable.
How long can I keep the inflatable?
The rental price is based on a 6 hour rental. If more time is needed there will be an additional charge per hour. No overnight rentals are permitted.
What about safety?
Safety is our number one priority! We research our inflatables and only get those that we feel are the safest to use for children of all ages.
Is there an age or weight limit?
The age or weight limit really depends on the type of inflatable or waterslide and the ages/weight of each child/adult participating. We go over this with each person at the time of rental because it is customized to their event. I think it would be too complicated to explain on the website.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We do not charge for cancellations but we do ask that you treat us the way you would want to be treated if this were your business. Please call at least one week in advance for a cancellation. If you need to change a date, call us and we will try to accommodate your request.
What about inclement weather?
We know the weather is unpredictable. If you cancel due to bad weather prior to set up there is no charge. However, once the inflatable is delivered there is no refund. We will decline set up with no charge to you if there are winds in excess of 15-20 mph as it would prevent us from safely anchoring the unit.
Are you insured?
We are fully insured with general liability coverage. You will be required to sign a rental agreement upon delivery.
